The SHENTEK® Residual Host Cell RNA Sample Preparation Kit utilizes magnetic particle-based separation technique for RNA extraction from biological products. Extracted RNA can be used in various downstream RNA qauantitation applications (E.coli, 293T etc.). This kit is compatible with automated extraction using rHCDpurify® instrument (recommended) as well as a sophisticated manual sample preparation procedure.
