This product is suitable for extracting up to 40 µg of plasmid DNA from 1 to 5 ml of bacterial culture medium. The experimental process can be completed in 20-30 minutes, The purified plasmid can be directly used for enzyme digestion, PCR, sequencing, ligation, transformation, and labeling.

Storage and stability
This product can be stored at room temperature (15~25℃) for 12 months except RNase Solution. At low temperatures, if any precipitates form in the Buffer S2,warm at 37℃ to dissolve. RNase Solution Shipping at room temperature and Stored at-20℃after receipt. Before the kit use, the RNase Solution should be centrifuged briefly, and all of the RNase Solution provided by the kit should be added to the Buffer S1 and stored at 2-8℃.
