This product is suitable for extracting plasmid DNA up to 80 µ g from 5-15ml bacterial culture medium. The whole extraction process is only 30~60 minutes. This kit uses alkaline lysis method for lysis, and achieves purification by specifically binding DNA to silica gel columns under high salt conditions. The purified plasmid endotoxin is less than 1EU/µ g and can be directly used for cell transfection and other experiments.

Storage and stability
This product can be stored at room temperature (15~25℃) for 12 months except RNase Solution. At low temperatures, if any precipitates form in the Buffer S2, warm at 37℃ to dissolve. RNase Solution Shipping at room temperature and Stored at-20℃after receipt.Before the kit use, the RNase Solution should be centrifuged briefly, and all of the RNase Solution provided by the kit should be added to the Buffer S1 and stored at 2-8℃.
