This product is suitable for the recovery of DNA fragments of different sizes from agarose gel. The key to this system is the silicon matrix that specifically, but reversibly, binds DNA or RNA under optimized conditions allowing proteins and other contaminants to be removed. Purified DNA can be directly used for automated sequencing, ligation, enzyme digestion, PCR, labeling and other downstream applications. In addition, this product is also suitable for the recovery of purified DNA from enzymatic reaction solution or crude DNA.

Storage and stability
This product can be stored at room temperature (15~25℃) for 12 months. At low temperatures, if any precipitates form in the Buffer GLB,warm at 37℃ to dissolve.
