This product is suitable for extracting total RNA from ≤ 1 x 107 cultured cells, ≤ 30mg animal soft tissues (liver, spleen, kidney, brain, etc.), and ≤ 100mg conventional plant/fungal tissue samples. The kit is based on silica gel column purification technology, The whole extraction process is only 20 ~30minutes. The kit adopts DNA filtration technology, which can efficiently filter and remove DNA.
